Ramona S. Abraham


Ramona Abraham completed her post-secondary education at the McGill University, Montreal, Quebec in 1996 (B.A. Hons.) and Queen's University in 1999 (LL.B.). She also completed a Certificate in Business & Law at Herstmonceux Castle in East Sussex, England in 1997.

She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Durham Region Law Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. She practices Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate, Wills, Estates and Employment Law.

As a corporate lawyer, Ramona will assist clients with incorporations of companies, share and asset purchase transactions, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, management agreements and commercial litigation.

Ramona will also practice employment law, handling matters such as wrongful dismissal and workplace harassment. She would be pleased to welcome clients in both the Oshawa and Lindsay offices of the Law Firm.

Ramona is involved in theatre and music.  She has directed, stage managed and acted competitively, academically and socially. She is presently involved with several community theatres within Durham Region and Toronto.
