Mark A. Jacula

Mark Jacula completed his post-secondary education at William Penn University, Oskaloosa, Iowa, in 2001 (B.A.) and Osgoode Hall Law School in 2004 (LL.B.). He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, The Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Durham Region Law Association and specializes as a personal injury lawyer and a criminal lawyer.
Mark attended university in the United States on a soccer scholarship. He was a team captain for 2 years and his teams were twice ranked as high as #12 nationally. While there, Mark was also inducted into a National Honour Society and traveled extensively presenting papers at conferences in New Orleans, LA, Columbus, MO and Savannah GA.
Mark was very active in the community at William Penn. He was President of the Student Government for 2 years, a member of the Board of Trustees of the University for 2 years and volunteered at a shelter for women who had been victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault.
Mark is glad to be back home in Oshawa and looks forward to becoming actively involved in the community. The Jacula name is well known in the community, as Mark’s grandfather Michael was a Justice of the Peace and his father Larry, a retired teacher, was the ‘Voice of the Oshawa Generals’ for 24 years.

As a member of our successful team of personal injury lawyers, Mark handles claims involving injuries from car accidents, wrongful death, injuries caused by the negligence of another person, slip and falls, faulty products and claims for injuries from dog bites.
Mark also practices as a criminal lawyer and is involved in trials and bail hearings at both the Superior Court and Provincial Court levels.
