Justin R. Winch



Justin Winch completed his post-secondary education at Western University, London, Ontario in 2003 (B.A. Hons) and at Queen's University Law School (LL.B.) in 2006. While attending Law School, Justin was the recipient of the David Sabbath Course Prize for Advanced Labour Law and the Reuben Wells Leonard Course Prize for Wills and Estate Planning.

He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Durham Region Law Association and joined the firm in 2007 to practice Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate, Wills, Estates and Employment Law.

As a corporate lawyer, Justin will assist clients with incorporations of companies, share and asset purchase transactions, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, management agreements and commercial litigation.

Justin will also practice employment law, handling matters such as wrongful dismissal and workplace harassment. He is pleased to be practicing law in Oshawa, Ontario and looks forward to becoming involved in the community.

Justin Winch practices in the area of Real Estate (including purchases, sales and mortgages), Wills, Estates, Powers of Attorney for both property and personal care, and Employment Law, including wrongful dismissal and workplace harassment.

Justin also practices as a Corporate and Commercial lawyer, including Incorporations, Commercial Litigation, Shareholder Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Asset and Share purchases and sales.
