Meet Joshua Gleiberman - Family and Real Estate Law

Joshua Gleiberman practices primarily as a Family Law lawyer, including collaborative family law, separation and divorce, custody, access, child and spousal support, division of family property, and child protection matters. Joshua has achieved exceptional results in all levels of court in the Province of Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Appeal, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Family Court, and Ontario Court of Justice. As a result of his hard work and dedication to his clients, Joshua has been appointed as a panel lawyer for the Sheriff of Durham Region as well as for the Family Responsibility Office and the Personal Rights Division of the Office of the Children’s Lawyer.

As Family Law is now using a more collaborative approach, Joshua remains current in this evolving area. He is a member of both the Durham Region Collaborative Practice Group and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Joshua is a Level 2 trained Collaborative Family Law lawyer.
